Well folks, I’m back to the cold and have had a wonderful visit with my family! Leaving Cape Town at a glorious 34deg, arriving in London at a dismal 4deg, sure added unpleasant thoughts to my miserable state… but I’m here and keen to crack on 🙂
The 3 weeks went by fairly quickly in hind sight, yet despite this we fitted so much in! A safari in the Pilanesburg National Park being the highlight of the trip, my husband and I also toured around the northern provinces of SA and of course spent a lot of time in the beautiful Cape.
South Africa is a beautiful country and if you do go for a visit I’d be more than happy to offer you some recommendations of must see’s, who’s who and where’s where.
Whilst on holiday I started on a few purses with my mom. Mom too had purchased purse kits (makeup purse size as pictured in the one image) for us to make together. I’m quite keen to finish them off 😊
I gave away some purses to my friends and family so if you were thinking of purchasing any of these shown below, I’m afraid you’all have to wait a little while for me to make another 😊
- Leandra’s purse:-
- Angelique’s purse:– Thank you for all your support 😘
- Sandy’s purse:-
- Mandy’s purse:-
- Majha’s purse:-
On my return from holiday the post man left behind a parcel collection slip. Whoo-hoo! my next blanket project. The beautiful pattern and yarn came as a gift set and all packaged in a beautiful bag to store the yarn in as I work. I’m so excited to get started on this too 😆.
So many projects on the go.. I’ll be busy for quite a while yet :)🙂
Now to catch up on what I missed while I was out and oh yes – Happy Valentines Day! ❤️
